Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Government of United Arab Emirates, the objective of the Customer Service Week Forum is to grow and raise customer service standards through awareness, education and sharing of international best practice.

This two day conference, which also includes four Customer Service Week Workshops will take place in the Park Rotana Hotel, Abu Dhabi on June 22 and 23.

Forum Day 1 - June 22 2010

Day one of the Customer Service Week Forum will commence with an opening address by H.H. Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan followed by keynote presenatations by both local and international organisations, as well as local Government.

Topics covered include "Embracing Customer Service and Creating a Citizen-Centric Government" and Robert Keay who will speak about "Aligning and focusing an organisation’s efforts in the areas that contribute most to a 'perfect' customer experience".

Forum Day 2 - June 23 2010

Day two of the Customer Service Week Forum includes international speakers such as Don Hales from Customer Service World and Philip Forrest from The International Customer Service Institute.

Topics under the spotlight on day two include "The Real Leadership Challenge - Creating, maintaining and measuring a sustainable service quality culture" and the Institute for Citizen-Centered Service  will discuss "The impact of economic turmoil on citizens and how Governments have responded to these challenges".
