What is UAE Customer Service Week?

Due to the resounding success of Customer Service Week 2010, Ethos Consultancy has decided to throw the event for a 2nd year, taking place in October 2011. Customer Service Week 2011 is an annual UAE event devoted to recognising the importance of customer service and honouring the people who work on the frontlines serving and supporting customers and citizens. The objective of UAE Customer Service Week 2011 is to grow and raise customer service standards through awareness, education and sharing of international best practice. Organisations are encouraged to sign-up and participate in the celebration. On sign-up, you will be provided with a welcome email containing access to free information and resources on service quality. For the 2nd year running UAE Customer Service Week will be executed under the Patronage of H.H. Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior, Government of United Arab Emirates taking place in Abu Dhabi on October 3rd to October 6th.

CSW STAR Awards
