What is UAE Customer Service Week?
Taking place June 20-24, Customer Service Week is a UAE event devoted to recognising the importance of customer service and honouring the people who work on the frontlines serving and supporting customers and citizens. The objective of UAE Customer Service Week is to grow and raise customer service standards through awareness, education and sharing of international best practice. Organisations are encouraged to sign-up and participate in the celebration. On sign-up, you will be provided with a welcome email containing access to free information and resources on service quality. The inaugural UAE Customer Service Week will be executed under the Patronage of H.H. Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior, Government of United Arab Emirates.

CSW STAR Awards

STAR Awards will be held in conjunction with the inaugural UAE Customer Service Week and all winners will be announced during the two day conference. STAR Awards are for both private and public organisations, and is adjudicated by The International Customer Service Institute.
